Our physical boutique in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, quickly became a beloved destination for women seeking beautiful jewellery for their special occasions and everyday wear.

Each piece of jewellery sold carried not just craftsmanship, but also the warmth of personal relationships built over consultations, fittings, and celebrations shared with our customers.

When Challenges Became Opportunities

Like countless businesses worldwide, 2020 brought unprecedented challenges with the COVID-19 pandemic. Our physical boutique faced closures, and the uncertainty was overwhelming. But it was during this difficult time that Chandana’s true entrepreneurial spirit shone brightest.

With the full support of her family, Chandana made a bold decision: if customers couldn’t come to us, we would find new ways to reach them. On April 17, 2020, we launched our YouTube channel, “Chandana Collections,” marking the beginning of a digital transformation that would change everything.

The Digital Revolution: YouTube and Beyond

What started as a necessity quickly became a phenomenon. Our YouTube live sessions allowed us to showcase our jewellery collections directly to customers in their homes. The response was overwhelming and heartwarming. Women from across India tuned in, asked questions, shared their preferences, and placed orders—all from the comfort of their homes.
